Cancellation Policy
Please note that any modifications or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered production, and we might not be able to fulfill your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
All Tarastudio products are made-to-order after you place an order. This means we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged.
If your item is damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the photo attached.
Once we receive your report, our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or alternative solution at no additional cost to you. Please note: we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Damaged Items
A damaged item is defined as a product that is defective or physically broken upon arrival. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is in good condition.
To report a damaged product, email us with a clear photo and your order details. We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement promptly.
Product Safety & Usage

Any damage or issues arising from improper use are not eligible for replacement or refund. If you experience any issues with your product, contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may arise during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
